Routing Final Change Approval

Final change approval is only needed if Change Order or Mix was selected as a review option and all Change tasks have been signed off.

  1. From the Change Order record, in the change order tree on the left side of the record, click the Approval Routing link under Changes.
    Result: The Changes window is displayed.
  2. Click Start to notify the approvers.
    Result: The change approval is now routed.

NOTE: The approval status will be HOLD until the system renders a PDF report for the proposed changes. This only takes a few seconds. Press F5 to refresh your browser and the HOLD status changes to ROUTED.
